My name is Debbie Mays and I am the designer of all of the jewelry pieces you see in my shop. Ladies and Gems was
started about 4 years ago when I realized I had the natural talent and desire to create unique, individual pieces that could
make a woman feel special about who she is and express herself through my designs.
The first piece I ever created was designed for a friend who needed a special size made just for her. She had trouble
finding that "right fit" for her wrist. I set out to design a piece for her that would make her feel special and the
rest is history. I love to create items that are fun and add color and make a statement to any outfit that you coordinate
it up with.
All of the semi-precious stones and Swarovski crystals that I use in my designs are selected for the fine quality, color,
and sometimes just the plain fun of it. I feel that every woman and young girl should have an affordable piece that
reminds them just how special they are!
